Joyce Howarth has worked in day and residential services for people with developmental disabilities since 1980. She is now a freelance training consultant, providing training to both staff and service users on topics based on sexual and relationship needs and involving people in developing services. Ms. Howarth also works part-time in health promotion, developing new resources in collaboration with people with developmental disabilities.
