Robin Simons began working with Richard Steckel early on in his tenure at the Denver Children's Museum. She was instrumental in helping that organization out of near-bankruptcy and turning it into a prosperous, entrepreneurial nonprofit. Many organizations throughout the world followed the museum's example. Ms. Simons is also the co-author of Filthy Rich: How to Turn Your Nonprofit Fantasies Into Cold, Hard Cash with Richard Steckel.
